This estate called Quinta da Capela is in Sabugo, next to the Belas Golf and Country Club and the Lisbon Sports Club, with unlimited views over the Sintra mountains and lowlands.
The renovated 18th-century house underwent several interventions throughout the 20th century. It sits on a 3,040 sq m plot of land with a garden, fruit trees, automatic irrigation, garages, a well and a swimming pool.

The main house’s ground floor has an atrium, two lounges with a fireplace, a dining room with access to a terrace, a kitchen with access to a patio, a service area, a guest bathroom and a lounge with access to a terrace.
